The item, packaging, and it note were beautiful. I didn't even mind the wait from Portugal, but the Holy Spirit medallion is off center and uneven! it is noticeable. 😥. it is a gift for one of my sisters who helped take care of my Dad before he passed. I did not contact the seller for replacement as I waited for it to arrive for several weeks and would have to wait several weeks for a replacement. just disappointed as it is a beautiful necklace otherwise.
