All was excellent from ordering the way through to delivery. I received the product in perfect condition - the workmanship was obvious and superb. Real care went into making and packing - a personal message, prayer card is much appreciated. The extra gift will be for the car - very much appreciated. Updated: Seller kindly shipped a replacement product at no cost to me. The beads are exactly what was pictured (glass/crystal) and the image of Kuan Yin is better centered. Thank you, Maria! I received this item surprisingly fast from international mail and the seller left a nice note. Unfortunately, though, the item I received is not as pictured, so I am disappointed. The image of Kuan Yin is not centered on the medallion and her raised arm is mostly cut off. The pink beads of the strand are plastic pearls instead of the crystal/glass-type beads shown. The description says “Tibetan Silver,” but I’m not entirely sure that’s the material due to the extremely light weight. I wish these substitutions were communicated. It’s still an okay piece, but not what I was expecting from pictures or in quality for the price I paid.
