As ever, Maria Santissima has created and delivered a beautiful piece of protective and powerful sacred art. Solid and pleasing weight in the hand, not so heavy that you couldn't wear it and tell your beads whenever you and the Goddess / BVM wish to interact. The colours in this one are fantastic. I chose the pink diamante and beads; I'm sorry my camera isn't working and I can't show a photo but the pink offsets the blues in the BVM's image with an unrestrained beauty. I do like subtlety sometimes but sometimes I take great joy in a kind of Mardi Gras glitter and shine. The Lady's expression is kindly and beautiful and a reminder that although all living things must fade, their spirit need not, and Maria has captured the work of that spirit in this piece. It's not what I expected exactly. The pearls are bigger and they look a little bit less natural than in the picture. The silver is very light and I'm not sure how much time it will stay like this and not darker. It also took some time to arrive. I'm giving 4 stars, but I like it very much, it's beautiful and I'm happy to give it as a gift for a person that is very important to me. Thank you and best wishes.
